“A Chip of Glass Ruby”

“A Chip of Glass Ruby,” tell the story about an East Indian woman living in South Africa who is arrested for protesting the discriminatory laws and for her political activity, and the impact of her arrest on her family.  She always wanted to help other people, but her husband does not understand that. He always was wondering why his wife could not be like the others wives or women. But she was different and that make her too especial. Finally her husband noticed that and he knew that he had a very good wife.

SUNDAY IN THE PARK

     The story told that was a woman with her son and her husband in the park enjoying the beautiful afternoon. Her son Larry was playing with the sand and other fat boy was playin with the sand too. Suddenly the fat boy trew sand to Larry. Larry's mother saw and said to him that he must not trow sand to the people. She looked for his parents because the fat boy had a bad attitude. She saw a big man, he was reading a comic book and he was his father. His father just said to his fat boy that he was in a public place and he could throw whatever he wanted. Her husband Morton saw the bad attitude of the man and he seldon lost  his temper but he was angry. He traid control himself  and traid to talk with the man but he was so rude and he wanted to fight. Morton traid to avoid the fight but he wanted it. Morton took out the Larry and they went out of the playground before the problem got wrost. On the way to home She felt upset and she was angry with her husband because he wanted to hit Larry because he was crying. Larry did not want to stop crying, he wanted to come back to the park.

Essay 1

       I am going to tell you about a movie I saw may be 5 years ago. The movie is called "Click," first you think it is a funny movie, but for me this movie has very important lessons for our lives, particulary in our families lives.
       The movie is about a man that is architect frustrared in his job, but he is determined to make a better life for his family in a wrong way. He is bestowed with a powerful universal remote that allows him more control over his life. He cado whatever he wants with  the control. He could drive his life with that control. He could press stop, play, pause in his real life. It even allows him to travel back and forth through time to different points in his life. He could stop his children playing while he was working to avoid interruption and he did the same with his wife. He thought work is more important than his family. When he traveled forth through time and he saw what he did with his life, he felt very upset because he lost everything, his wife, children even his job, but live gave him another opportunity to know what is really important, "The Famili."
        When I watched it, I felt sad, I cried because I think many families have lost the love for each other, they lost the comunication and many times the parents think too much about work. They forgetting totally their family. They forget how to enjoy their lives. Life is too wonderful and magnificent; playing with children can be even better than going on a trip.
        Now it is important to me because the movie shows us how to spend our time, we can work, travel, play without neglecting anybody. When I am going to have my family, I want that to be almost perfect. I want to enjoy day by day with my husband, children, parents, family, and friends. We have to separete the space to do everythind that we want.
        I think every body should watch this movie because it gives us a very important message advice and we can learn about this grand and excellent movie. The family is the most important.

            The last time when he saw his father was 3 years ago before his parents got divorced. He saw his father after 3 years and he knew that was him. He felt so happy to see him again and he thought when he was grown, he wanted to be like him. He liked the way that him looked and smelled. In this moment he wanted that people looked him with his father, he wanted a record for that moment that he was living with his father.
            They went out for lunch together. In the restaurant his father had a very bad attitude with the waiter. The waiter did not want to serve him and recommended him to look for another place. They went to others 3 places and happened the same, his father had a very bad attitude with everybody. finally his son said "i have to go, is late," the father just said "I am sorry." Then his son went down the stairs and got his train. That was the last time when he saw his father.
